The Flash Spelling Game is set up with part of the word already showing to the viewer. There is a list of the first half of several words set up on the far left of the screen, which the player must drag to the appropriate second half to match up and make a word. As you click on the first half of any of the words, a picture of the word will appear, giving you a hint as to what word you are trying to spell.
There is no time limit on the spelling game and the words are very easy to spell, making this a perfect game for a child to play or anyone who may have a more difficult time spelling smaller words. This is a great learning game to play. After you have matched up all of the first half letters with the second halves, the system will let you know whether you have successfully matched up all of the first halves with the second halves and have spelled the correct words.
As a person goes along with the first selected letters, and tries to put it into a corresponding second half, a picture will come up and you will know whether that fits with the idea of the picture that is showing. If not, move on to another set of letters and see where that fits. The graphics of the pictures shown are in excellent color and will help each individual to see what word they are trying to spell. After an individual has filled in all of the words, the screen will tell them how many they matched correctly. After this, a player can change their selections, or if they matched all of them go onto a different spelling game. The benefit of this game cannot be overstated. Parents will want their child to spend some time playing the Flash Spelling Game.
